What information The Numerology Map collects, why we use it, who processes it, how long we keep it and your rights over it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Numerology Map (thenumerologymap.com) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@thenumerologymap.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Your full birth name, the name you go by (if you enter one), your date of birth and, optionally, your gender, to calculate your report.
  • Your email address, to send you the link to your report and to answer support requests.
  • Order details such as the amount and time of payment. We never see or store your card details; payments are handled by Gumroad.
  • Essential cookies and basic technical data (such as how you arrived at the site) needed to run the website.

3. How we use it and our legal basis

We use your information to create and deliver your report, confirm your payment and help you when you contact us. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, our legal basis is performance of a contract: we need these details to provide the report you asked for. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

4. Who processes your data

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

  • Gumroad: payment processing, sales tax and receipts.
  • Resend: sending emails, such as your report link.
  • Anthropic: an AI model writes the personal summary in your report. We send only the details needed for that text, never your email address.
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store the site and your report securely.
  • Public authorities, only where the law requires us to share information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your report and the details used to create it for 24 months after purchase so you can come back to it, then delete them. We'll delete them sooner if you ask. Gumroad keeps payment records for as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@thenumerologymap.com. We reply within 30 days. Each report has a private link with a random key, so please keep that link safe.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your data and your report.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Complain to your local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
