Terms of Service

1. Who we are and when these terms apply

The Numerology Map (thenumerologymap.com) provides a free numerology calculator and sells a personalized numerology report. These terms apply whenever you visit the site, use the calculator or buy a report. By using the site, you agree to them.

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the payment.

2. Nature of the content

Numerology is offered for self-reflection and entertainment. The report doesn't predict the future and isn't a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility.

The report is generated automatically from the name and date of birth you enter. The personal summary is written with the help of an AI model.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to buy a report, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Only enter another person's details if they have agreed, or if you are their parent or legal guardian.
• You're responsible for entering the name and date of birth correctly; the report is calculated from exactly what you provide.

4. Your license to use the report

The interpretations, text and design of the report belong to The Numerology Map. When you buy a report, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, download and print it and to share it with family and friends. You may not resell, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and the report as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Each order is governed by the terms in place when you bought. Questions? Email us at hello@thenumerologymap.com.
