Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back promise

If you're not happy with your report for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

2. Mistakes and technical problems

• Entered your name or date of birth incorrectly? Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll regenerate your report once with the corrected details, free of charge.
• If we can't deliver your report within 48 hours because of a technical problem, we'll refund you in full.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email us at hello@thenumerologymap.com with your order number or purchase email. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, usually within 7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

4. Customers in the EU and UK

When you buy, you consent to the report being delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. Our 30-day refund promise above still applies.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
